Thank you for choosing Dey Technologies. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for freelance projects and services.
If the client cancels the project before any work has started, we will provide a full refund of amounts paid. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the client cancels after work has started, the refund amount will depend on time spent and deliverables completed. Typically:
If we are unable to complete the project for reasons within our control, we will notify the client and provide a full refund (processed within 7–10 business days).
If the client wants a refund after all work is completed, the entire prject fee will be non-refundable, as we already invested our time and resources.
Once final deliverables are handed over (live site, source files, or signed-off designs) and accepted, refunds are not provided, except in cases where a material breach of contract is demonstrated. Any dissatisfaction should be raised within 3 days of delivery for review.
Send refund/cancellation requests to info@deytechnologies.com with project details and reason. We will respond within 3 business days and process any eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
If a payment dispute arises via Razorpay or bank chargeback, we will cooperate with the payment provider to resolve the matter. Final outcomes depend on the payment provider's investigation.
