These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Dey Technologies. By engaging with our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services We offer website development, mobile app development, UI/UX and graphic design services. Project scope, deliverables, timelines and fees will be agreed in writing (email, proposal, or contract) before work begins.

2. Proposals, Quotes & Acceptance All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Acceptance of a proposal is confirmed by written approval and initial payment (if applicable).

3. Payments & Invoicing Payments are accepted via Razorpay and other agreed methods. Milestone, advance, or full-payment terms will be specified in the proposal. Delays in client approvals or content may result in revised timelines but do not change payment obligations.

4. Project Timelines Timelines are estimates based on scope and timely client inputs. Dey Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by the client, third-party services, or unforeseen technical issues.

5. Intellectual Property On full payment, we transfer rights to the final deliverables to the client. We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement is signed.

6. Revisions Project fees typically include a limited number of revisions (specified in the proposal). Additional revisions may be billed separately.

7. Warranties & Liability We aim to deliver professional services. However, Dey Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.

8. Termination Either party may terminate a project in writing. Termination does not absolve the client from paying for work already completed or expenses incurred.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Kolkata, WB, IN.
